Objectifs de la formation

  • That participants understand the basic functions of the PWT testing device
  • To be able to operate the PWM within the measuring circuit of the machine tool and to perform troubleshooting for HEIDENHAIN encoders
  • Understanding the functional principles, the mechanical and electrical design of HEIDENHAIN linear and rotary encoders and digitizing electronics as well as their interaction with the subsequent electronics and the machine tool.
  • They find error sources and use the appropriate testing/inspection equipment (PWT and PWM) to locate an error.
  • By specific maintenance operations or by replacing entire units or assemblies they are in a position to remove errors from HEIDENHAIN equipment.
